Repair and Protection for Active Facilities

Industrial and manufacturing facilities put concrete through demanding conditions. Heavy equipment, forklift traffic, chemical exposure, moisture intrusion, thermal cycling, impact, and years of use can all lead to deterioration.

Reconology helps address these challenges with repair and protection systems designed for performance, durability, and value. Our team works with plant owners, facility managers, property managers, engineers, and general contractors to repair existing conditions and protect structures from continued damage.

Our facility repair and
protection capabilities
include:

  • Concrete repair and protection

  • Structural FRP strengthening (carbon/fiberglass/kevlar)

  • Industrial floor repairs, including rocking/curled slab

  • Stabilization, deteriorated joint repair, and protective coatings

  • Crack/leak repairs in concrete tanks, slabs, containment and structures

  • Epoxy and urethane injection

  • Expansion joint repair and replacement

  • Chemical grouting (leak stop, water cut-off, soil stabilization)

  • Facade and slab repair, maintenance, cleaning and protection

  • Facility floors must stand up to constant traffic, heavy loads, forklifts, equipment, and production demands. Reconology repairs damaged concrete floors, stabilizes curled or rocking slabs, restores deteriorated joints, and installs durable floor protection systems suited for industrial use.

  • We install epoxy, urethane, acrylic, cementitious, and chemical-resistant coating systems to help protect concrete from wear, moisture, corrosion, and chemical exposure. These systems can be used for floors, containment areas, tanks, walls, and other facility surfaces.

  • For demanding plant and processing environments, Reconology provides heavy-duty flooring systems designed for durability, impact resistance, chemical resistance, and long-term performance. These systems are ideal for manufacturing plants, chemical plants, containment areas, and other high-use spaces.

  • When existing concrete structures need additional capacity or reinforcement, Reconology installs FRP strengthening systems using carbon fiber, fiberglass, or Kevlar materials. These systems can be used to strengthen beams, slabs, tanks, and other structural components without the disruption of major demolition or replacement.

  • Leaks and cracks in concrete tanks, slabs, containment areas, and structures can create operational and maintenance concerns. Reconology provides epoxy injection, urethane injection, chemical grouting, and concrete repair to restore performance and help stop water intrusion.
